Do I have to pay for myself even if I only monitor my employees?

Yes, a workspace owner should pay for using Attand app, which provides many other features besides time tracking, for example, Leave, Notices and monthly report.

Do I have to provide credit card details for the trial?

No, you don’t need to provide any credit card information for a free trial.

How long is activity data stored?

  • For paid accounts, we store activity for an unlimited period of time (except screenshots, which we store for 6 months).
  • For free accounts, activity is stored for the last 6 months.
  • For trial accounts, activity is stored until a trial is active.

Do you have discounts for non-profits?

Yes, we have. We offer special pricing for non-profit, educational, and government institutions.

How Can I Change my Payment Details?

You can easily update or delete credit card information in the user’s personal area (after registering there).

Can we retire a former team member's license, but keep his data for historical purposes?

Yes, we don’t delete employee history

How to see workdays that an employee missed?

You can easily view all workdays missed by a particular user.

Can I delete a team member and not lose the time track?

Yes, if you delete a team member still you are able to see his or her records

How many users can I add and how can I get support if there is a problem?

You can add an unlimited number of users. Any problem to use attnd app? Just send an email to our contact and support. We will support you from the technical team.
